Wellington is emerging as a property investor hot spot. Investors are swapping pessimism for a new outlook on the market over the next 12 months, according to the latest Colliers International Investor Confidence survey. Colliers International research and consulting director Chris Dibble said Wellington's confidence uplift had been "remarkable" - excluding a dip in September last year - and is now at its highest level since the survey began, "Investor confidence is up nationwide, now at a record high32 per cent net optimism.
